Sinopec Lubricant Signs a Strategic Agreement on Deepening Supply Chain Cooperation with FUCHS (China)

3月12日，中国石化润滑油有限公司（以下简称“中国石化润滑油”）与福斯润滑油（中国）有限公司（以下简称“福斯中国”）在北京正式签署了供应链深化合作战略协议，共同开启发展新篇章。

On March 12, Sinopec Lubricant Company Limited of China (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec Lubricant") and FUCHS Lubricants (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FUCHS China") officially signed a strategic agreement on deepening supply chain cooperation in Beijing, jointly commencing a new chapter of development.

双方秉承“互利共赢，共同发展”的核心合作理念，将充分发挥各自的资源优势，深化供应链合作。中国石化润滑油与福斯中国将在中国石化三类基础油、添加剂等润滑油高端新材料领域建立长期稳定的战略合作关系，利用中石化的基础油和添加剂的优势，深化产业链合作。同时，双方将共同推进在境内及海外的全产业链深度合作，旨在通过资源整合和优势互补，提升产业链的整体价值。双方将携手并进，推动润滑油行业向高端化、智能化、绿色化方向发展，共同为行业的转型升级贡献积极力量。

Adhering to the core cooperation concept of "mutual benefit, win-win results and common development", the two parties will fully use to their respective resource advantages and deepen supply chain cooperation. Sinopec Lubricant and FUCHS China will establish a long-term and stable strategic cooperation relationship in the field of high-end new materials, such as Sinopec Group III base oils and Sinopec additives. Utilize the advantages of Sinopec's base oil and additives to deepen industrial chain cooperation. At the same time, the two parties will jointly promote in-depth cooperation across the entire industrial chain both domestically and overseas, aiming to enhance the overall value of the industrial chain through resource integration and complementary advantages.
